The Netmaster MD-J Net Sewing Machine is designed to meet the demand for sewing lightweight to medium duty nets, ropes and braids.
The MD-J Net sewing machine is suitable for edging and joining knotted and knot-less netting of light and medium construction, and is ideal for the joining of net pens. Giving not only the fastest net sewing solution but also the most secure, durable and highest quality stitching on the market.
The MD-J can easily join a 210/200 or 210/240 fishing net and effortlessly double sew in the opposite direction if required for an extra secure net seam.
The MD-J is used for, but not limited to the sewing of Aquaculture & Fishing nets including Pens, Cage, Anti predator, Shade nets. (Sports) Ball stop, Cricket, Football, Golf, Tennis and Archery. (Industrial) Pallet rack, Skip & Lorry waste containment, Lifting and Anti-litter nets.

Rear Puller
The MD-J features a powerful puller feed system, which combines driven upper and lower feed rollers. One of the key features of the puller feed is an open design, which greatly reduces the chances of netting jams. In the unlikely event of a jam, the thread and netting can simply be pulled outwards and instantly released allowing production to proceed uninterrupted. Roller pressure is regulated and adjusted via a quick and simple one adjustment system. The MD-J puller stitch length is also easily adjustable from 1 – 10mm.

This makes adjustment of Table height, LED light, Compressor, Presser foot and Puller feed, including stitch length changes all possible without having to leave your sewing position.
